Authors, submit your papers directly to the Conference Email: ictsmet.confdesk@gmail.com by mentioning the Email subject line as “New Manuscript Submission for ICTSM 2024”

The submitted paper must report a substantial advance in an area of sustainable computing/Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is both novel and significant.

Manuscript Style Information

    ioonPapers must be written in English and use standard ICTSM 2024 conference template.

    ioon Only papers prepared in the prescribed paper template will be accepted

    ioon Main text (including figures, tables, appendices, and any material other than references) should be no more than 15 pages.

    ioon The submitted manuscript (PDF file) should be text-searchable. Any submission that does not meet this requirement may be returned without review.

    ioon If the paper is typeset in LaTeX, do not use additional LaTeX commands or packages to override and change the default typesetting choices in the template, including line spacing, font sizes, margins, space between the columns, and font types.

    ioon Author count should be 5-6 maximum. Author names and affiliation details should be included in a horizontal order below the paper title.

General Instructions

    ioon Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

    ioon All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance to the ICTSM 2024 conference theme.

    ioon Submissions should contain work that is substantially complete, with specific reference to new results and sufficient details included to allow the technical program committee to make an assessment of the work.

    ioon The corresponding author should provide his/her contact details to ICTSM for the purpose of the conference. It is the sole responsibility of the corresponding author to communicate with co-authors.

    ioon The submission of a paper constitutes a formal commitment by the author[s] to present the work (if accepted) in the form, session and time assigned by the Programme Committee.

Review Process

    ioon Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. We will follow a peer-review process.

    ioon Minimum of 3 reviewers will be assigned per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their edict.

    ioon Review process takes 2-3 weeks for a manuscript.

    ioon Papers that do not conform to the submission policies will be rejected without review.

    ioon The decision of acceptance/rejection/revision will be communicated via Email to the corresponding author.

Plagiarism Policy

    ioon All papers submitted to ICTSM 2024 will be checked for plagiarism. If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected.

    ioon Authors will need to provide consent that their submissions may be subject to an early rejection if it is found to have more than 30% overlap with existing research work[s] available to the public over the Internet (e.g., arXiv, webpages, etc.).

    ioon Note that even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper due to post conference plagiarism and will not publish the paper in the proceedings.
