Registration

Authors are allowed to register only after obtaining the official acceptance letter via Email.

General Registration Guidelines

1 registration covers 1 paper [both presentation and publication charges].

Corresponding author[s] must pay the appropriate registration fees for their category.

Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.

Registration is non-transferable.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration fee.

After receiving the final documents, the corresponding/communicating author will receive the registration overview, email notification confirming the received payment and the session details.

The presentation session and parallel session will be uploaded in the conference website 2 weeks prior to the conference date and the schedule will also be forwarded to the authors via email a week prior to the conference.

The payment invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request, the conference will not send this document automatically.

Steps to Submit Final Documents

Step – 1:

The camera-ready paper should be formatted according to the Springer template.

Note: The source files of your camera-ready paper (WORD or Latex) should be sent to the conference Email (ictsmet.confdesk@gmail.com). All Latex files should be submitted as a single zipped file.

Step – 2:

Each contribution must be accompanied by a copyright form (Publishing Agreement). Corresponding author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. The corresponding author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors. Further, submit scanned copy of signed copyright form in PDF or image formats along with the final camera-ready paper.

Step – 3:

After completing the aforementioned two documents, author[s] should proceed to the payment process.

One Registration covers One Paper Publication [It is not required that all the participants should be registered to the conference]

The payment details are as given below:

Registration fee includes the following,

Participation in the technical program - online, soft copy proceedings and Certificates.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

After completing the registration process no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
